Over the past 30+ yrs. I have learned a multitude of different therapies & techniques. My passion for helping people started with becoming a Certified Reflexologist & Certified Natural Health Practitioner.
I'm currently a member of the National Association of Certified Health Proffesionals, Associated Body work & Massage Professionals, Reflexology Association of Illinois & International Cupping Therapy Association and the Lockport Chamber of Commerce.
The constant change in the health field has brought me to study Naturopathy and the effects of nutrition, stress and emotions of the body.
